Direct Buy, Fill&Buy and forwarding pull those sources into one warehouse workflow for visible-condition QC, consolidation and international dispatch. MegaShip extends that workflow beyond ordinary parcels to eligible DDP sea-freight consignments of up to 3 tons. The practical question is therefore not only whether the advertised agent fee is zero, but which route controls the purchase, which charges appear at each handoff, and what evidence the buyer should review before paying. Our testing team worked through all three routes on a mixed haul and found the route decision, not the fee line, was the variable that changed the outcome most.

Three entrances, one warehouse

Direct Buy handles supported marketplace pages that iTaobuy can turn into a normal order. Fill&Buy is the manual route for seller albums, second-hand listings or private offers where the buyer supplies the instructions. Forwarding is different again: the buyer purchases independently and ships into the iTaobuy warehouse. The spreadsheet handoff is where most mistakes begin

A spreadsheet cell carries a source URL, not a complete buying decision. Open the original listing and the iTaobuy result side by side: match the seller, item identity, selected version, quantity, source price and domestic freight. If the page will not parse, do not force it through Direct Buy; move it to Fill&Buy and preserve the seller's instructions in the row. This small handoff check is what stops a clean-looking agent page from hiding a wrong variant or an incomplete manual order.

Warehouse arrival is a decision point, not a waiting room

Warehouse intake creates four real choices: accept the item, ask for clarification, seek a return or hold it for consolidation. iTaobuy's basic inspection checks visible defects and whether obvious details such as size and color look correct; it cannot establish authenticity, internal materials, fit or long-term durability. Our testing team reviewed the photos the same day they appeared rather than banking on the 90-day storage allowance. The warehouse clock is for consolidation planning, not quality assurance.

Choose the shipping architecture, not just the cheapest line

Ordinary parcel lines suit typical consumer hauls and should be compared on chargeable weight, restrictions, tax treatment, compensation and route estimate. MegaShip is a separate DDP sea-freight use case for eligible oversized consignments of up to 3 tons to the EU, United States, United Kingdom and Canada. A lower per-kilogram headline does not automatically make sea freight suitable: confirm minimums, destination coverage, item restrictions, handling requirements and the live final quote before committing a heavy load.

Follow one cost trail from CNY source price to USD payment

A useful check records both the source price and the agent's displayed total. On 2026-09-19 the supplied Weidian reference showed CNY 860 against US$151.29 on iTaobuy: 860 divided by 151.29 works out to 5.6844 CNY per US$1. The same preview added CNY 15 of domestic shipping, shown as US$2.64, giving US$153.93 before any international freight. That is a checkout snapshot, not a permanent rate.
