What we collect
We collect two things: the email address and message you send to editorial@w2c-spreadsheet.com, and aggregate page analytics such as page views, referrer and country. We do not run accounts, and we do not ask readers to register.
Cookies
Analytics cookies are set only after you accept the banner. Declining leaves the site fully usable. Affiliate links may set cookies on the retailer's own domain once you click through; those are governed by that retailer's policy.
How long we keep things
Reader mail is kept for 24 months so we can follow up on a correction, then deleted. Aggregate analytics are retained for 12 months. Test photographs and measurement sheets are kept while a review is live and for two years after it is retired.
Sharing
We do not sell reader data. Analytics are processed by a single EU-hosted provider under a data-processing agreement. We disclose information only if legally required to do so.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the mail you sent us, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used by writing to editorial@w2c-spreadsheet.com. We answer within 30 days.
